This conference will serve as a platform bringing together FAO members, government officials, farmers, academia, development partners, civil society, and private sector for dialogues, knowledge exchange to ensure fit-for-purpose agricultural mechanization contributing to agrifood systems transformation.

Please read the following notice carefully before registering for the FAO event. By confirming, you consent to the processing of the information you provide for event operations.
Your registration details will be used to process your participation, prepare badges or access credentials, coordinate program attendance, and manage event logistics for both in-person and virtual delegates.
The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) collects and processes your personal data, including your registration profile, contact details, nationality, attendance preference, and any dietary or field-visit selections. To best manage your participation, your information will be shared with a third-party service provider and the Philippine Department of Agriculture, all in accordance with the as well as Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2022. Your information will be used only for the administration of this event unless additional consent is obtained.
For in-person participants, submitted information may be used to support venue access, travel coordination, visa-assistance follow-up, catering estimates, and field-visit planning. Providing this information does not in itself guarantee visa issuance, travel support, or placement in a specific field-visit slot.
FAO may capture photographs, videos, and audio recordings during the event for documentation, reporting, and publication purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in the event materials, FAO publications, and official digital channels unless you formally opt out by notifying the event organizer in writing.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner consistent with FAO's values of integrity, respect for diversity, and commitment to results. Any behavior deemed disruptive, discriminatory, or otherwise contrary to these values may result in removal from the event.
You certify that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your registration without notice.
FAO shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by participants during the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal insurance arrangements.
